I have had to undergo Physical Therapy for numerous orthopedic problems over the past 30-some years. My experience with NovaCare Walled Lake was easily the most professional, helpful and compassionate of any I have experienced. From Day 1 I was welcomed with empathy as well as attention to the specifics of my diagnoses and the situational problems I experienced. Starting with Linda, the receptionist, who is always cheerful, pleasant and efficient, to my Therapist, Kelly, who presents a wonderful balance of attentive care and a caring, sincere personality. Her "table-side manner" is holistic and honest. I would -- and will -- recommend NovaCare Walled Lake to anyone looking to receive helpful and effective care in dealing with and moving past their pain. Thank you.
The women here are so great! I’ve had the pleasure of having 2 different therapists 2 work with and they both were not only knowledgeable and professional but kind, friendly and empathetic to my specific needs. I am always greeted with smiles and laughter and they appear to be a “ happy family “! They go above and beyond what you think you need and It definitely helps the outcome when you enjoy your environment! I have improved my disability when it felt like there was no hope! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy. You won’t regret it!!!!
NovaCare staff is excellent with good followup. My therapist Kelly is very good at explaining the exercises, ensuring that I do them correctly, and dedicated to my progress with a caring demeanor. I highly recommend NovaCare rehabilitation.
I highly recommend Novacare in Walled Lake. I had to do PT for my hips, several years post surgery. The pain is now gone and I'm totally mobile again. Shelby and Linda are both kind, caring, professional and amazing at their jobs.
NovaCare Rehabilitation is great. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Therapist Shelby is awesome! She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy! I highly recommend NovaCare Rehabilitation.
My experience with NovaCare couldn’t have been better. The staff here are wonderful. Caroline is kind and a wonderful listener about your symptoms, pains and needs. Being greeted by Sandy upon arriving was always so pleasant. They both made having to go to PT truly enjoyable. The environment is clean and organized. They are efficient and easy to schedule all appointments needed at once. Thank you both for taking such good care of me.
It is my second experience with them and both times achieved a great outcome. I like the personal one on one treatment and compassion they have. Sean has been very informative with how and why.
I am extremely grateful for NovaCare as well as the staff. Linda always greets me with a smile and great attitude. Tamanna has helped me through a very tough time building my strength and balance. I am more than satisfied with the program that she has set up for me to continue my therapy at home. It can be difficult to be motivated but since working with Tamanna I look forward to going. She is not only very knowledgable but she is kind, caring and encouraging during every single exercise. Thank you Tamanna you will be missed.
I spent about six weeks under the care of PT Doc Tamanna Shaikh and I can't say enough good things! Dr Tamanna is a gem - her passion, patience, and professionalism shines bright. She made a series of tough appointments much more pleasant through her calm demeanor and ability to connect with me. Thank you so much NovaCare and I'll miss you Dr Tamanna!
The employees at Nova Care Walled lake are exceptional! I made an online appointment request on a Sunday, got an immediate call on Monday morning, set everything up got insurance squared away and they communicated the whole way of costs and what my insurance covers and does not cover. Jennifer my physical therapist is a super nice person and is very helpful so far I am well on my way to making a recovery for my frozen left shoulder still have quite a few more visits to go.
