I have been taking my kids here for 2 years.  The dental techs are great,  the Dentist is good.  The front desk girls are AWFUL, you could not get further from professional.  They never smile, and it almost seems that you are bothering them.  They NEVER return phone calls so do not bother leaving a message.  If the techs and Dr. were not so good, I would look for another dentist for my kids.

I have had three appts that they cancelled on me. And that's after I have waited months to get in there. The third time they cancelled I was just done. I now got to access dental and they are great!

Normally my wife takes the kids to these appointments, but due to scheduling issues I got to take my daughter this time.  Many people are leaving negative reviews because of appointment reschedules, but there is always a reason.  This appointment was a reschedule, because my daughters original appointment was too soon after her tonsillectomy, and we hadn't thought of informing the dentist about the procedure, so we came back a few weeks later.  The staff was GREAT!  Not only were they very good with my daughter, but it was nice to see a group of people who genuinely seemed to enjoy working with each other.  They joked and laughed, but were able to keep focus on the patients as well.  The procedure was quick and painless (2 fillings and 1 pulled tooth).  
Yes, she is the only dentist there.  Yes, she has a lot of patients, so yes it can be hard to get an appointment.  But, to me this speaks to how good she is, an opinion that was solidified after finally watching her work first hand.  If they were taking adult patients I would be in the next open chair!

My child was scared so they wouldn't fix her teeth. So now they want to send us to Springfield to get it done. do not recommend them! I don't think any child wouldn't be scared. This place is a joke.

Staff and environment are awesome. Very kid friendly. Only issue I have is scheduling.  There is only one dentist and it seems she has to reschedule A LOT and it takes weeks if not months to get an appointment. The up side is they are open on Saturdays and she is really great with kids.
