The receptionist needs to have a better attitude.  And to tell a patient that they can't get a referral for a second opinion without seeing the doctor again for the same thing is unexceptable.  That would be terrible to have to sue the doctors office because of the receptionist overstepping her boundaries. She needs to be replaced with a more certious and respectful person that knows they can be replaced if not doing their job professionally.
