I had a great experience when I went
There on Sunday. I went around 11:20am and no one was there ahead of me. However someone did come in about 5 minutes after i did. I was a new patient and they got me registered quickly. I waited maybe 5 to 10 minutes and got called back. Whoever did my triage work up was nice. The doctor came in about 5 to 10 minutes after that and was very kind and seemed to really know his stuff. I've been to urgent cares (one in particular here in owosso) that I wondered how the doctor got her license. After talking to him I felt like I was really listened to and taken seriously. The whole experience was pleasant. The actual building is nice and clean. Everything seems new and well cared for. I would highly recommend this place. I'll be using it from now on.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.  Very Happy with this Urgent Care!!!  I had a finger infection due to a foreign body and actually had two visits.  My first visit I was placed on antibiotics for the infection.  After the course of antibiotics was finished my finger was still swollen so I went back and I had an x-ray of my finger and the foreign body was found.  Both times everyone was extremely pleasant and caring.  Wait time was very little for both visits.  I highly recommend this urgent to anyone.

We were in quick and that was the only good thing. The girl at the front desk checking in was not friendly at all. My 4 year old had been complaining of severe ear pain. The male doctor looked at it and said it was a little red and to just give her Motrin. We went home and were up all night because she was in so much pain. Took her to our family doc today and wouldn't you know. Ear infection and antibiotics given! This could have all been handled if these people weren't so incompetent. And the fact my 4 year old had so much pain all night because their doctor didn't take his time to even really look!!! Never again will I come here or refer people here!

I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was polite and professional. I was there only about 30 minutes total.
