I wished I could put NO stars for this place!!!! I started coming to Dr. bracket back in 2013 and ever since I’ve came to her my mouth has been in pain!!!!! I’ve came back on numerous Occasions and STILL the same issues. Every appointment I’ve had here I’ve waited 2 hours or more hours Which is unacceptable. The problem is dr bracket wants ALL the money to her self. Very nice lady but her staff Ms CASSY/Cassidy however you say her name ... IS IT VERY VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND MAKES THINGS NO BETTER. I would not recommend this place to come unless you wanna be Treated rudely and wait hours and hours Once again dr. Brackett was very nice but when it comes to her work she has done ON MY MOUTH I am very displeased with her work and I’m still in pain til this DAY 2018 from service that were done 2013 very saddd. CASSIDY HOWEVER YOU SPELL THE CHICKS NAME VERY RUDE AND MAKES UR EXPERIENCE EVEN WORSER ALONG WITH THE 2++++ hour wait and bad dental work.

If your appointment is their first appointment of the day don't be surprised when their office door is still locked at 9:10. When you call them to inquire the person who answers the phone will sassily ask if you knocked. Really? Should I or the 3 people waiting outside have to? Unless you have time to kill don't go to this place. They are slow and rude. Be prepared to take 2/3 hours off work just to have your teeth cleaned first thing in the morning. Sadly the actually dentist is nice but her staff ruins it.

Well I have a 9 am appt today and it's 905 and their door is locked. I called and no one answered. This is the 2nd time visiting this clinic and it will be the last. My first visit was terrible as well, but I believe in 2nd chances. My first visit was so slow. I waited 30 minutes just to see the dentist and then while I was with the dentist I kept getting put on hold. I was there for a basic cleaning and it took over an hour for everything to be finished. Well they opened their doors finally. There were 2 other people with 9:00 appts and when I asked how long the wait would be (bc I have a dr appt later today) she said the wait would be an hour!!! 😡

The staff is AMAZING and very caring, BEST Dentist I have ever been to.
