I agree with Jim Lance review. My experience with this doctor was very similar. My wife went in for a simple check up and this doctor sent her for a lot of unnecessary tests including a cat scan for a tummy ache. Recently I went to the urgent care on Devils Glen because I hurt my hand while drilling a hole in some wood, but they only handle workman comp issues. They tried to send me to Dr. Boone for treatment. I told them that even if I was bleeding out in the streets I would not return to this office. I ended up at UnityPoint Clinic express care. They were much better and informative about everything that was needed to be done.

Dr. Boone is very professional, attentive, and give excellent overall care. He makes sure to spend time with his patients, listening and using his expertise to make sure the best care is provided to the patient. He provides a clear, precise diagnosis and is insistent his instructions be followed, as he cares for the patient to experience the best possible outcome. We really appreciate his attention to detail, as he truly seems to care about helping us rather than prescribe us a quick fix so to move on to his next patient. I am sad to see other negative reviews left, as others may have had issues with the office itself - which I have never personally experienced. I would highly recommend Dr. Boone, as my experience with him has been nothing less of excellent. Our family is thankful to have found a doctor that takes the time and pride of providing our family with genuine, high-quality care.

My experience with this office was poor to say the less. Dr. Boone is very friendly like a used car salesman. He will refer you out to every other doctor in the area to drive your medical costs higher then what they should be. Dr. Boone's office is focused on revenue more then the needs of the customer. Save your time and money find someone else to serve your needs.

The office was clean and well run. Early appointments are available for those who work. My issue however was with the Doctor himself. Every visit I had (other than the initial patient establishment) devolved into a scare fest. He practices medicine by smart phone. I can go to WebMD and convince myself that Pink Eye may be eye cancer. I don't have to pay a co-pay for someone else to do it for me and send me to a specialist for ANOTHER co-pay.
