I have been a patient of Dr. Hermanson's for over 25 years.  I have always found him to be kind and understanding, with a commitment one would expect from a true professional.  Add to that, a great personal manner, and you have a top notch physician. Could not be happier.

Unfortunately, I did not have an experience.  When I showed up for my appointment, a few minutes early to allow for paperwork, I was met at the door with a "We Have Moved" sign.  The new location was about 15 minutes from my present location, putting me Late!  Appointment missed.

My question is...  Would it have broke the bank to send out a we have moved mailer, or possibly a heads up from the appointmentist?  Possibly this information was beamed to me subliminally and I missed the transmission.
