I don't know about the doctor, but the women, and I think her name is Maria, who works at the front desk shouldn't be working there. She doesn't speak proper English, she is rude and disrespectful. She hung up on me in a middle of the conversation. Those type of people should work at the front desk. Only for this reason I never made an appointment with this doctor.  I think he is loosing a lot of new patients because of her.  And I live very close to this dental office I could be a regular there

Referred by a friend (another patient), I've been seeing Dr. DelCastillo for a couple years. I cannot recommend him and his staff highly enough! He is professional, competent, reasonable, and affable, and his staff is also efficient, professional, and the support staff: wow! My favourite hygienist is Pedro. The office is clean, and while he is not in a new building, that tells me he is also cost sensitive, and that translates to more reasonable pricing as well.

Dr. Del Castillo is the best at what he does and I really love the staff as well. Especially Ms. Daniella and Veronica. Without them i would have gone nuts completely!!! Veronica sits and hold my had the every procedure. Made me feel better about my root-canal. By far, the are the absolute best!! I love you guys!

Terrible service. They changed my first appointment three times and then gave me the wrong time. When I show up at the time I was told, I'm told the time was wrong, that it must have been my mistake, that no one was going to see me for at least an hour, and that when someone saw me, I would have to be there for two more hours (for a first appointment only, no treatment). Moreover, when I express my disappointment at their lack of organization, I'm told to just leave, that if I didn't like the way they worked, I should just leave (receptionist name: Hilda). Unbelievable. Worst customer service I've seen. After having to wait a whole month for this appointment (due to their repeated cancelations), and driving all the way there, I’m told to just leave, like if we have nothing better to do with our time. They have no regard for people's time and they are very disrespectful. Don't even waste your time calling for an appointment. There are much better dentist offices out there.
