From the first phone call to my treatment plan all of the staff were extremely helpful. The staff has such a warm and calming presence that it truly does make all the difference. I saw Dr. Dan and Jackie did my teeth cleaning. They took time with me and listened to my concerns and I could tell they were there for me. If you do not have a family dentist then I would suggest calling Phelps and Phelps. I have a terrible fear of the dentist and I always like to warn them of said fear. I will say after going to this dentist my fears are still there (psychological thing) but I feel much more comfortable. Phelps and Phelps are there to help me and you!

I went to this dentist two years ago. They asked to do a procedure when I was getting my teeth cleaned. I told him only to do it if my insurance covered it. I left there at after the procedure and paid my bill. Two years later I received a bill from them saying the insurance didn't cover the procedure that they did . Now they want me to send them $116 for a procedure I told them not to do unless insurance covers it. I am very disturbed that they are sending me a bill two years later .
