I have used Dr Lynch for 3 years now.  Every time I show up for my appointment, I wait, wait wait.  Sitting in a observation room for 45 minutes is ridiculous.  In addition I usually wait in the waiting room for 15 to 30 minutes too.  If this was a rare occurance, I would not write this post, but it's not, it's every time. Please!! quit over-booking your appointments.  Customer service is important and you need to realize this fact.   I really like Dr Lynch and his staff, I will probably continue to be  his patient, but I would like his staff to be more conscious of scheduling times.

You won't find a more caring Doctor. The PA'S Kim and Helen are just as caring. I am blessed to have them all to take care of me.

Dr. Lynch, his PAs, and his nursing staff are fantastic, but I found out today they are no longer accepting secondary insurance; subsequently, be prepared to pay a potential copayment cost many aren’t used to having to pay due to secondary insurance coverage. Twenty-five dollars may not seem like a lot, but for somebody on a fixed income it most certainly is, especially if ongoing monitoring is required for perpetual and/or terminal illnesses.

Our family has gone to Dr. Lynch for years. The entire practice is dedicated to giving patients wonderful care and it shows!
