Pretty sure she's trying to kill my mom. Her and her staff are incredibly rude to my mother and have snapped at her before. She tries to manipulate my mom into coming in and seeing her by stopping her medications, when my mom can't come in because the doctor never gave her a new portable air machine when she needs one. When my mother was hospitalized for months, Roden never even came to visit her and said that a hospitalist sees you, not your primary care. But we called the hospital and asked multiple people about it, and they said that it's rare for a primary care not to see you when you're in the hospital. She has lied to my mom on numerous occasions and is rude and has no intention of caring about her patient.

Got charged $25 fee for missing an appointment I NEVER made. When I contacted the appointment desk person - and inquired as to whether anyone called me or sent a card to remind me... I was told that was a COURTESY and OPTIONAL for her to do. 

REALLY?  Apparently, appointment reminders are optional... HOWEVER the "no-show" fee is mandatory... even for an appointment made for 2+ months after the prior visit (Dr. Lynda Roden was away on maternity leave)... because I would know when she was back.

IMHO... the employment of such intelligent, logical and customer-oriented staff - indicates the level of competence of this practice.
