Waiting 2 hours and still haven't seen the doctor.  Will have to find a new doctor for my elderly parents. 😖

I went to her a few months ago with a few serious issues I have. I was telling her my conditions and what I have don’t for treatment already and she wasn’t having any of it. Completely cut me off, didn’t listen and prescribed me multiple meds for my bi-polar(she didn’t think I had, I’ve been diagnosed by multiple dr.s) when none were working she got visibly mad and said “I don’t know what you want me to do.” No bedside manner, looks mad about everything, after she said I don’t know what you want me to do I canceled my next apt and called insurance to make a complaint on her and had them give me a new dr. One that doesn’t ask the patient what to do. I wish there was a rating lower than one star.

I highly recommend Dr. Hudak.  She was very compassionate and thorough.  She took the time to listen to me which is something most doctors do not do anymore.  I moved out of the area, otherwise she would still be my primary doctor.

Dr. does not listen. Terrible bed side manner and charged me for something I did not go into see her for.  When I tried to explain the miscommunication, she and her staff came done on me like a herd of hyenas circling a dying buffalo.  Horrible phone etiquette...staff seems in constant panic, rushes phone inquires and continually being placed on hold for long periods of time.  Not a place that one feels safe when in need of medical assistance.  But as Dr Hudak remarked to me, "welcome to modern medicine."  Strange bird indeed.  My opinion, good luck to anyone who chooses this facility.

Her partner (Dr. Muthu) is competent and highly regarded, but avoid being transferred over.  Quality of care from Dr. Hudak has declined over time; grateful to have found another doctor.  Recently saw Dr. Hudak for abdominal pain; she said I needed an ultrasound referral.  I realized the following day I didn't actually RECEIVE the referral, and had to pay for ANOTHER office visit the following day to get the referral.  (My followup to review the results would be three days later.)  The ultrasound showed an urgent problem so I took the results to a surgeon and scheduled an operation for the day Dr. Hudak wanted to review my ultrasound. Her office assistant refused to cancel my appointment, telling me she would "charge it as a no-show."  I called my insurer to ask them to get my appointment cancelled.  Later I received a curt letter from Dr. Hudak suggesting that I get medical attention from a surgeon--a ridiculous attempt at "due diligence."
