Currently see Derek Carpenter and he does a phenomenal job with listening and giving appropriate feedback. Truly amazing, which is the only reason that I give four stars. I initially saw Deepak Nayyar to request a temporary handicap endorsement after having a crush injury and repair surgery to my right ankle. Dr. Nayyar repeatedly cut me off while speaking, was very condescending, and asked me, "What makes you think that you deserve a handicap placard? You have all of your limbs. I don't see the problem." Deserve? It's a matter of need. I couldn't walk any distance of mention. Very judgmental and rude.

I had an aweful experience I am thrown around to different doctors, and they love to mess with your medications. Which could be imperative to someone’s physical and mental state, when I became upset I was escorted out like a criminal. Kayla is an aweful excuse for a “doctor” totally condescending and did not even look at me properly. Do they forget that we have patients rights?! Also Patricia who never introduced herself came into my room and was extremely rude and condescending as well. Overall I will be talking to the CEO about my rights being violated.

Had emergency dental visit , and to be honest previous reviews almost scared me off . From the front desk to dental office , dental assistant , to the dentist everyone was helpful and friendly. They got me in promptly no waiting at all . Thank you sun Life staff !!

Not the fastest, but service is good. Most of the staff is friendly and courteous.

I've never waited so long to see a doctor. Over 2 hours both times I've been there. And waiting over 3 weeks to get an appointment is just wrong. Some of the employees are really rude. I sadly have nothing good to say about them and I'm currently looking for a different doctor. He's OK, except he just gave me a drug that settled a $300million lawsuit because of dangerous side effects this year??
