I never thought I'd say this, but I am looking forward to going to the dentist and hygienist when it comes to Broadway Dental Boutique. All the staff are super kind and welcoming with high standards of customer service. From the first point of contact at the reception and over the phone with very helpful receptionist, to the hygienist and dentist making you feel at ease whilst providing high standard care, I never had a better experience. Love the atmosphere, whilst it is clinical it doesn't feel like you are nervously waiting at the dentist. I don't put off going to the dentist anymore. I highly recommend Broadway Dental Boutique :
Really happy with my whole experience with Broadway Dental. From my first consultation right through to my final scan and collecting my retainers, I found the whole process easy to understand, helpful and friendly. The whole team are really friendly to deal with and quick to answer any questions. I am really pleased with the results and the treatment has corrected the issues I felt I had with my teeth. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their teeth straightened.
I would highly recommend Broadway Dental Boutique. They were recommended by 111 when I needed emergency treatment and they were so helpful and friendly at every step along the way. From the reception staff to the dentists, everyone was informative and honest about treatment needed. Online forms make the process quick and easy. Flexible payment options are very helpful. Evening appointments very convenient. And to be able to watch Netflix while being treated makes it even more relaxing. Will continue to be my choice of dentist from now on!
Highly recommend! I have just finished my teeth straightening treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The work they have done is outstanding and I would very highly recommend them. If anyone is thinking of having their teeth straightening, do it, with Broadway Dental Boutique.! Thank you to Dr Amol and his team, I was involved in every discussions and plans , I felt as I am a central of the care plan during the whole treatment from day one. I would definitely recommend this dental practise. Staff are very friendly, caring, professional and take the time to really listen to any concerns, anxieties or questions you might have. After having issues with previous dental treatment I had been very reluctant to see a dentist unless I really had to! I am really happy to attend this dentist practice for regular check ups and any treatment I may need, including a recent tooth extraction, where I was very well looked after.
Absolutely amazing staff and service! I came here due to the reviews and honestly not disappointed. I had Invisalign, new crowns and composite bonding. From start to finish, I felt looked after and in good hands. Everything was explained in detail. My teeth look amazing now and I would never use another dentist. So glad I had the work done here. Big 5 stars from me.
I have been a patient with Broadway Dental Boutique for many years now, They are a great team, always professional and polite and helpful. If you are nervous about visiting a dentist I would definatley recommend that you try them. The surgery itself has been upgraded recently and is clean and welcoming.
Really nice and professional dental boutique, very modern feel. The team were excellent with me and provided wonderful care and advice to get the results I wanted. The care was much higher than what I previously had elsewhere. I have recommended this to my friends and would recommend this to others.
The Whole team at broadway dental are brilliant. I’ve had an implant fitted and been going most months throughout the year and they have all been extremely welcoming and kind every time I went in there. I was always a bit worried about going to the dentist and would delay appointments at my old surgery however I’m really comfortable going now to broadway. My wife also now goes there and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly surgery.
Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Started with invisalign then had some composite bonding and loving my teeth now. All the staff from the start of the customer journey to the end are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond. Will forever recommend this place.
