Dr. Carter was such a god send for me, I have been struggling with constant tonsillitis for many years... he removed them and I am so grateful!  Sandy at the front desk is such a sweet woman and I'm very happy with the care I've received,  Thank you!

This doctor is horrible! He didn't believe my symptoms. He treated me like garbage! He broke my heart so badly to the extant that I cried myself to sleep. People like him have no business being a doctor.

Make sure there are no fees that you are not aware of. They will not treat your child i don't care how bad their ears are.

At every different office, Dr. Donald Carter requires filling out a new patient registration form.  System upgrade failed to migrate existing patient data into new system forcing patients to again fill out form.  I refused and walked out without getting treated.  The doctor told me 'it doesn't work that way'.  He is not a programmer analyst and so doesn't know what he is talking about.
