Both Dr. Bishop and several members of his staff were rude and impatient with me. During the portion of the eye exam where you are shown multiple images and asked to choose the clearer ones I was given the distinct impression that my choices were wrong or inadequate. At no point during the appointment did Dr. Bishop show any inclination to listen to what I had to say or to even look at me. There were two members of the staff who were pleasant and easy to work with, but everyone else I talked to (including Dr. Bishop) was obviously not accustomed to doing more than looking at a chart and signing paperwork.
