Refused to provide note to insurance to cover my CPAP supplies. Been trying to get supplies since January! My CPAP hose is cracked and I I duct taped it; my mask has stretched and falls off at night. I even called the office after Performance Medical said my insurance required a note from the doctor...the receptionist argued with me and basically told me off. I ended up paying out of pocket for a new hose and mask instead of dealing with this any longer.
Dr. R. cares. She explains in detail. She is serious about her practice of medicine. She also has been very kind, and she was open to my many questions about my husband's condition, answering them with thoughtfulness and care. I appreciate her seriousness, because she cares to do a good job, and she expresses her understanding of the difficulties I am facing. She is encouraging and wants the best outcome for my husband. Thank you, Dr. R.
