Dr Lach is very thorough, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He took his time, answered my questions. No rushing through the appointment. Patient and caring are two words to describe Dr. Lach. I would not hesitate to recommend him. Office staff are also very nice. Excellent experience.

Seeing Dr. Lach at Core New England. He has always been excellent care, taking adequate time to understand my issues.

Dr. Lach treated me like family. I broke my hand over 10 years ago and I was referred to him. I received outstanding care. Since that time, my 10 yo daughter developed an angioma that was treated effectively by Dr. Lach. She also severely cut her hand with a serrated butter knife. I was able to reach him after hours and he calmly told me what to do and she was seen first thing the next AM. She has a fear of most doctors/dentists but not Dr. Lach. He's friendly and able to put all at ease, especially a Mom that was in a panic after my daughter injured herself. I can't say enough positive things about him and the care he gives.

The experience with the doctor was positive. I personally am nervous going to the doctors. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He was ready to answer all my questions and gave me the time I needed to understand the process. The practice has become very popular and busy but the doctor did not make me feel rushed or like an in and out number which I appreciated.
