Dr.Lisa Hassler is so kind and awesome. All my 3 kids like her a lot . She spends enough time in every visit and answers all our questions with so much patience. Everytime when we have small queries we contact her through email we get quick responses.

I read a post before mine saying this place is awesome doesnt review the doctor at all. We had multiple issues mostly repeating for same issue. Ear infection due to running nose, most comon issue. We had 7-8 antibiotics changed after multiple attempts of those medicine occurunces at which dr.hassler still wanted to keep trying, any doctor would take the call to get the tubes done. We were first time parents with no clue and totally dependent on the doctor. Dr.hassler took no initiative until we lost our patience with this and she then ended up referring to ENT specialist. This issue is even major than this, one night my daughter started getting fever 102 which is fine, next day morning I took to dr.hassler and usual crap we were sent back home. We checked for ear infection becoz we knew this was most normal condition for my DD but that was not the case. At home she got almost black stool, reported to nurse of dr.hassler still no reaction which I would still think its fine. Day 2 again went to doctor and sent back home. Day 3 DD starts sleeping for 18 hours a day and remaining hours she is awake just sits at one location and does nothing. We raised eyebrows and informed doctor day 4 but still sent home and nothing done. Day 5 DD sleeps for 20-21 hours we went to doctor 5th day in a row and we were very afraid something was terribly wrong. Dr.hassler was still super calm, saying lets check oxygen, brings a device and the numbers show higher 70's to lower 80's and my DD Was definitely breathing heavily. Doctor thinks device 1 is not working, device 2 tried for oxygen check and same thing, still dr.hassler recommended to go home and at this point I lost patience and we got into an argument at which we were then told to go to emergency. These are the heights of a doctor not knowing what to do, we ended up that night being sent to most upscale hospital becoz the hospital we went too mentioned "your DD is very serious and needs Hi-tech and very good doctors". Spent 3 nights in ICU..... think about it before choosing your PCP next time.
