Dr. Erika Smith is anything but humble and professional, and I refer to her as "Dr. Erika Smith" because anything less than that will result in an outrageous outburst of her spewing insults and berating comments towards you. Today I witnessed Dr. Erika Smith berating a receptionist because she referred to her as "Erika". As a bystander, I can tell you the irony in Erika's demeanor was very evident. "I am conducting business, I have a title and you will address me as such" - a very professional thing to shout in an office when you're supposed to be there "conducting business". I would like to repeat I was just a bystander to this behavior and have no relationship to the receptionist, I am only writing this review because I was absolutely floored at the unprofessional, attacking attitude Erika displayed. After further research, I have found numerous 1 star reviews that further represent her outbreaks and horrible behavior. I would NEVER see this woman as a dentist nor trust her to go anywhere near my mouth. She is rude, irrational, arrogant, and unkind. Horrible personality and extremely unprofessional.
