Took my kids here. The office didn't want parents or anyone to go back with them. I was concerned but thought it would be ok since it was JUST a cleaning and X-rays. It took 4 hours just to do the X-rays and a cleaning. The cleaning was done with a toothbrush!!! Then they came out and wanted to continue with any work that needed to be done but wouldn't show me the X-rays to prove they had any cavities. They drilled a hole in my 7 year old daughters tooth during her "cleaning" without asking me first, and didn't even fill it with a temporary.  They told her 'if she was really good they wouldn't give her a shot". She left crying saying it hurt so bad, In one week that tooth become abscessed, swelling up her whole jaw and had to be on meds & pulled by a different dentist. The new dentist had to put her under because she was so scared and shaking because of her  experience here. He said he has never seen a kid be so terrified after a "cleaning". After going to this dentist my 10 year old freaks out if I say we are going to the dentist and says she would rather have all her teeth fall out rotten than go to a dentist again because of her experience here. (Again! Just for a cleaning and X-rays!) It has taken 3 trips to the new dentist just to get her to relax and realize it is not so bad to get any work done. My husband went for a cleaning and was put in a chair and no one came back. He finally got up to leave when they came and said they didn't realize he was in a hurry and would clean his teeth. Time it took? From time of sit down to him leaving? 4 1/2 hrs!! I will discourage all who go here! Definitely not for kids!! Worst experiences ever!
