Had to cancel 2 appointments for my daughters with ample time. The appointments, one of which was cancelled because the dentist was caught in traffic because of an accident on the interstate, were never cancelled. I was told that we had to pay cancellation fees because they never removed the appointments. I was told to speak with Dr. Tierney Pettinato to see what can be done about the fees. After 2 weeks of calls and left messages I finally spoke with Tina who told me, "I should've received a letter last week and My children can no longer be seen at the office do to too many broken appointments. 

So I say fine I will swing by and pick up the records. After a drive to the office I'm told, "Our records are in the Westley Chapel Office. Its a shame that after several years of taking my daughters here. This is how it ends, without one conversation with the dentist. All this to say. If you cancel an appointment make sure you call at least 2 to make sure it was removed... Especially if you have multiple children being seen.

Excellent client customer service! Receptionist greeted us with a friendly smile. Was taken back to the treatment room fast. Very little waiting in the lobby. I was treated with fantastic care by the Doctor.  My care and recovery instructions were told to me in detail. Love this practice!

1st time visit for my 5 year old child. Very caring office, understanding staff, not a long wait at all. Doctor was very understanding of my child's needs. Fast exam. I was allowed to be with my child during the entire office visit. I now have a new dentist for my growing child! Thanks you so much!

Terrible experience.(previous employee) I left my job to work here, Dr. T made it sound wonderful. We were scheduled to work 4 days a week however she would call out 2 of those days every week. So not only did I end up losing hours and money to feed my 3 kids, patients that had been scheduled for a month or two had to reschedule. Again this was a weekly thing. The week i decided enough was enough she called off the whole week and had the lady who is in charge of pay roll call me and tell me not to come back.( wasnt going to anyway). When trying to contact Dr. T she always ignores you and never gets back to you. Dr. T is extremely unprofessional and snobby, she walks around with her nose in the air like shes better than..  Money Hungry.. The assistants were nice however. AVOID DR. TIERNEY PETTINATO.

Made an appointment for my daughter to have her second cavity filled here. Got here this morning, tried to get an x ray done, she didn't cooperate (she's 4) and that was that. They admitted to being too busy to even try a second x ray for the procedure and sent us home. Terribly managed and didn't take into consideration that a 4 year old may not cooperate. They overbook themselves for their own benefit.
