I was totally misdiagnosed.  Came in with excruciating jaw pain and was told it was TMJ and it " would resolve itself in two years."  TWO YEARS!  I was sure I had an infection and even asked for antibiotics, but went home and continued taking the OTC Tylenol (they wouldn't even give me anything for pain) and went about my life.  Three weeks later - while on vacation - my jaw swelled up to the size of a tennis ball and my tooth got loose.  Guess what - I have an abscess.  I wish I could demand the money back I spent because they were well recommended but out of network for my insurance.  If I could give less than one star, I would.

I was trying to save a permanent tooth but eventually reconciled myself to the fact that this was no longer an option and that I was faced with oral surgery to remove the tooth.

My family dentist referred me to Dr. Barbick. Although I knew he would be able to help me, it was clear to me when I had my first appointment with him that he was extremely knowledgeable. He also had surrounded himself with a very capable staff.

I had a tooth extraction, bone graft, and an implant placed. Never once did I feel any pain--during or after any of these procedures. Dr. Barbick is a gifted and highly skilled surgeon, and his patients benefit the most from his expertise.

I am very grateful for the excellent treatment that I received from Dr. Barbick and would be a return patient if the need arose. He is, simply, a wonderful doctor and human being!

How can anyone feel anything good about oral surgery? I can because this place is top notch. From reception area to customer service to actual procedure, follow up and aftercare, they rate 5+ in every area.

I had extensive work done by Dr. Barbick - 2 extractions and 4 implants. The experience was better than I could ever have imagined.  The staff is great and help put you at ease.  Dr. Barbick is terrific and I would highly recommend anyone needing oral surgery seek him out - you will not regret it!!!

This is my surgeon's office, with whom I am most pleased. Dr. Barbick is a hero of the oral surgery world, and the only negative comment to be made is he needs to not tell jokes in the midst of surgery, as I was afraid of spitting out my bite block into his or his lovely assistant Sherry's face. 
Yes, I crept into the office with a fear-heavy heart, but the welcoming interior of the office coupled with a most exceptionally good natured and kind staff assuaged the worries building up about the extraction. Sherry in particular was a joy, putting up with my morbid humor and going over paperwork cheerily for post op care. 
If extraction were an Olympic sport, Dr. Barbick would win gold.
Fast, painless, and lacking in mess. 
Staff called me twice post-op to check on me. After years of horrid dentists and surgeons, our family has finally found a keeper!
