My mother has been seeing Dr Frank for more than a year now. The staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. The doctor takes time to answer your question and takes time to seat down to talk not hovering by the door. The wait time can vary from 15 min - 1 hr and rescheduling is not easy as the doctor has a full schedule but it has vastly improved.

Doctor is not at all interested in patient and their health.  He is not even close to thorough and visits seem rushed after certain amount of time.  Very dysfunctional office but staff is nice and tries to help.

Waited for months for my appointment. Only to have them tell me it was canceled when I called the day before to see if I could get in a few minutes early. They were happy to reschedule for 3 months later!!! What a joke! Unprofessional as hell. Currently looking for a new endo...this guy can @#&% off!
