I do not know why this place always overbooks. The staff is just standing there and chatting, that's not how things will get done. Staff doesn't know how to greet patients and x-rays are taken pretty much every time you visit (unnecessary).

You have a 2:30 appointment and for 2 to 3 hours you sit in the waiting room. This is not a one time thing.  I have been there 4 times its the same thing every time. Today I just couldn't handle sitting in there for that time in those uncomfortable chairs I had to go. The other thing it's all the way in Lodi. If i would have taken the bus I would be renting a room in Lodi for the night. Going to ask my doctor for a different orthopedic doctor well after changing doctors and going out to the county it took exactly six weeks San Joaquin General Hospital to schedule an MRI the appointment is set that is a whole lot faster than what I had to deal with with this doctor good luck on dealing with him I'm done

Usual wait time was approx 1 hour to go back for x rays, about 8 or 10 of them. Then I had to go out and sit in the waiting room approx another hour or hour and a half.  Then when I was called back to examining room he only spent around 2 minutes with me.  He totally replaced both of my hips and I asked on different occasions what brand I had and they like avoided my question.  I have trouble with both hips and I have lost my patience.  I now have a great doctor and I only needed 1 xray and I never wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room.

Rude. Unprofessional staff.  Staff slammed glass door on patient, then denied doing so.  I was there over four hours.  First two hours NOBODY was called.   I was there strictly for consultation:  MRI, X-Rays and Files sent.  They wanted to do a new X-Ray.  No need fir a CONSULTATION.
