I like Dr. Fihn. He is always willing to listen and give his opinion yet he never judges. Always smiling and makes me feel comfortable. My prescriptions are never late. He is a good doctor.

I agree with Farrah. The worst run doctors office I can remember in 52 years on this planet. Stay AWAY! They dont refill prescriptions and takes over 2 weeks to get a refill. They dont answer their own phones and rely on answering service to do all their communication. I MEAN ALL... I wouldnt surprised if they get a call from HIPPA.

Unless you are sick or injured during a regular scheduled appointment, they will not see you. Try calling just to get into or ask a question their answering service will disconnect you. You can't get a live person on the phone, even during business hours.

I am no longer happy with this provider. He is now managed by well health. They say as a office they can take 24 hours to return a call. They ask you to make request for prescription refill in the office. You cannot ask your pharmacy to send over a request or it will not be filled. It also takes up 72 hours for the doctor to review and process these request. If you need a referral it will take them up to 10 days to process that as well. You cannot call the office directly either so if you get frustrated by this and drive over there the office manager will not be helpful. The doctor is not so rushed he does not even record your session correctly or update your health conditions as needed and as they change. I had been with this provider and happy for 5 years. He is a very smart man and great bedside manner but the way it is now ran is not acceptable.

I was recently diagnosed with diabetes type II. He did his job well informing me of the management options and referring me to the necessary other people that I should be talking too. It is difficult to get things done quickly with his office, but I believe that things get done correctly which is the more important thing.
