I would give more stars but I always have to wait an hour in the waiting room or patient room before the doc is there. Also, they always forget to call me back when I call in with a question. Step up the basics and customer service and will rate better. Hard to find good healthcare in Vegas... :-(

Dr. Naya McKinnon has been one of the very best physicians I have ever gone to. She always takes the time to talk to me about all of my medical issues and concerns. She is always up to the challenges that are presented to her with my myriad of auto-immune illnesses. I always feel welcome and well cared for by her nurses and staff. I am so thankful to have Dr. Naya McKinnon as my doctor.

Dr. McKinnon has been my Rheumatologist for over 3 years.  She is personable, intelligent and highly capable.  Recently we reviewed my medications and tapered me off one.  It wasn't helping. So many doctors don't bother to take you off medication.   She also refers me to specialists that her family members see.  I feel confident in Dr. McKinnon.

They just canceled my appointment the day before because i filed bankruptcy and didn't pay their $300.00 bill on time. Now today they lied and said they "wrote it off", but never received anything from my lawyer. Now my lawyer has to contact them AGAIN. YOU CARE MORE ABOUT PENNIES THAN ACTUALLY HELPING PEOPLE. SICK, SAD, PEOPLE HERE FOR SURE.

My husband sees Dr John McKinnon & I see Dr Naya McKinnon. Excellent staff-very satisfied here. Have to say also, the phlebotomist is THE BEST! I always dread getting blood drawn as many technicians leave me bruised and multi-poked even though I drink a lot of water. He is really pleasant,  always successful first time and I barely feel it. Great office!
