He took me on as a patient 6 years ago. He would only give me 10 days medication at a time so I had pay 3 times a month. Medical fraud. After a couple of months he would come into the room and tell me that the DEA is watching all the Doctors and he couldn't write my prescription any more but would referal me to people that i have already seen in the past in return beg told to go back to Dr. Afzail for my medication. I had 3 seizure's after that, still have medical issues today. This was medication he put me on due to seizures 3 years ago. I have never in 6 years failed a drug screen or ever for that matter.. My wife finally said something about what was going on. I mean I work 14-16 hour shifts, I can't keep coming in every 10days on a medication that can be given 30 days prescription. Our last visit he was very rude, accusing me of being on drugs, stood with the door open yelling my personal business. All of witch was recorded. This doctor is something else. By The way I did not nor have EVER failed a drug screen for any docter. I take my medication as prescribed and truly have to have it due to suizers. The sad part is I use to think highly of doctor Afzail. The last 3 years things have change for the worst. I've went from referring his office to won't ever go back again. Medical Fraud and crooked he has became. It's just crazy to me because for 6 years i have intrusted docter Afzail with my health as well as my familys health, never giving him reason to treat me that way. Yes I did call asleep in his office on a bed due to a 14 hour turn around shift, getting off work and sitting in his office from 9:30 am to 2pm waiting. I personally gave Afzail my schedule to show and prove I was sleepy. I had to rest I only had 3 more hours until I went back to work for another 12-16 hour turn over shift. I could not wait any longer without getting some shut due for work. Further more I was in a room with a bed. Docter Afzail should have been considerate especially knowing I had just got off work and had never passed out in his office in a private room or any room for that matter! Also my wife had driven me to the docter. I was being a safe as I could be being sleepy from working all night..

Worse Doctors office you could ever visit! The Staff are very unprofessional, Dr Afzal, isn't thorough with his care, the ladies at the front desk are very rude to patients that are ill seeking medical care. This MD has retaliated towards patients, based off a complaint that was file. Doesn't accept being criticized well. Very slow, and did I say unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend his care to the devil, let along to ill patient seeking medical attention. Medication needed will not be given to help you illness, as he is often not in the office, and your at the mercy of his PAs, which limits medication. FILE A COMPLAINT THROUGH THE MEDICAL BOARD IF YOU'VE SEEN THIS DOCTOR.

Very disapointed in the service here. My husband has to go every 3 months for his blood pressure medicine. They know he doesn't have insurance and went up from $85 three months ago to $100. On top of that refuse to give him more than 3 months refill which would at least off set the office visit. They say they are not allowed to. I was told by the pharmacist and several other doctors that is not true. Also know several people that get 6-12 months refills. We will not be back and do not recommend. Think it's all just a money game to them. Don't care about people enough to try and help.
