While I typically never review places, I felt the need to regarding this office. Starting off, the appointment was behind which I understand things happen, not their fault. Once I was taken to the back in a small out of date room, in walks the doctor. He immediately gives off the vibe of someone annoyed and condescending. He asks questions and responds with rebuttal as if he is speaking to another doctor that doesn’t know their stuff. The whole process was cringe worthy to say the least, and there was never once a display of empathy or understanding at all. He went on to just give me a bunch of forms and try to use his words as reassurance. A bit of advice, if you want someone to take your advice or words for comfort actually treat them a person and not just another number in the queue. While looking for a GP feel free to overlook this place, you’d be wasting your co-pay and time. Save yourself the attitude and the overall waste of time dealing with his personality.

Went to this "doctor" about a year ago for horrible kidney/flank pain. It was in walking distance from my house, and being that I don't drive, I was kind of cornered. I do agree that the front staff was a little, erm, "cranky" I guess is the nice way to say it. But reading all these reviews about this quack now, I feel so validated. Cohen was the biggest jerk of a doctor I'd ever met. I'd just turned 19 and it was my first doc appointment in my life that I attended alone. And I wish I'd brought someone to stand up for me. He was rude, condescending, acted like he had better things to do. To top it off, he did not take the pain I'd been in for 2 years seriously. If I had a nickel for how many times he suggested it was impossible something was wrong with me because "you're only 19", I could have paid for this appointment in cash. I've yet to find out what's wrong, but regardless of age, why on earth would you shrug off chronic kidney pain or any problem? Young people have health problems too. Total moron and jerk, don't waste your time or money.

I have never been treated as horribly, by a person, let alone a doctor, like I was here. Dr. Cohen was rude and condescending. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he was not helpful at all. I felt like I was a bother to him and he made that clear by the way he treated me. Maybe because I had to bring my young son to the appointment with me or maybe because I have Medicaid? I will never set foot in that office again. I can't believe this person is even in business or a doctor because he was not nice or helpful at all.

I've had Dr Cohen as my primary Physician for over 10years. I've been given prompt professional medical care the Medical staff have always accommodated my schedule. I will continue being a patient of Dr Cohen.

I was referred to Dr. Cohen's office after my longtime GP died suddenly. I was devastated, but Dr. Cohen and his staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. I'm happy with the care and will continue to see him. I particularly like his use of technology tools for diagnostics, testing, chart management and prescriptions.
