I contacted the office to get a prescription called into the pharmacy and was told the "new" nurse practitioner (all the other doctors and nurse practitioners are off) refuses to call in prescriptions for patients that "SHE" has never seen. I was just there last week. My file including blood work are all current but because I've never seen "HER", I can't get a prescription called into the pharmacy. Unbelievable!!!! I've had babies and my OB/GYN told me that if he was off his partner (who I never met) would deliver my baby. This is CRAZY!!!

Slow and awful service. Make you wait a long time for service or test results. Feels more like beurocracy rather than customer service. Worse, the Dr scarred me for life; physically. Medical malpractice is their speciality.
