Had an appointment at 5:30, got here at 5:20.
Went in for an ultrasound at 5:45 then back to waiting room. It’s 7:21 and I already went and asked 3 times when am I next? An hour ago receptionist Thalia said you are next and 5 people have gone in, then I went and asked again twice and 5 other people went in since then. This office is very disorganized, from not finding my order for the ultrasound, not ordering the right labs, and now I’m still here waiting to be seen. Only reason I keep coming it’s because my doctor is good, but his staff is the worst. Bad attitude, very unprofessional, not knowledgeable when it comes to labs and
Insurances. Wish the docs will clean house and fire the staff and hire new.

Great Expirience ! Dr. Garcia an amazing doctor and the office staff very helpful.. I highly recommend, the wait is the same as any other office but very well WORTH it.
