Update: July 2017

Former PA is back and new front desk staff is working well for this office. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. 

Nice to see something improve

December 2016: Terrible office!!! Wait time with an appointment is always over an hour. Office staff is rude and seems to be uneducated in basic medical forms and practices which is a problem since most of your care is left to them as Dr. Patel isn't often in the office. PA is almost always who is available for appointments and doesn't provide any real care. This office listens to your problems then sends you on your way without any real solutions. Office is rundown and often not clean.

I was on hold for 27 minutes just to find out there is no appointment available. Even if u get appointment still u have to wait 1 plus hour. Staff is rude. Dr. Is good. But never available.

Unfortunately for the Dr the staff is completely incompetent. After having an appt 2 months I was called 20 minutes before my appt and told they needed to reschedule. I was told that they were unaware I was a new patient (which is not true because I told them I was when I called to make the appt, and when I called the day before to confirm if I could fill out new patient paper work ahead of time) Then to top it of I am told there is a $200 dollar initial consult fee! Are they really charging this on top of my insurance paying them??? I will not be rescheduling and will be contacting my insurance right away to let them know how there patients and being handled. The Dr may be good by the reviews I hear but being an office manager of a Drs office myself the staff will blow any chance she has of proving that to patients.

To me.....bottom line whether I wait long or not, Dr.Patel always takes care of me. 
Very educated doctor with a loving caring heart.  If you only are looking to what pleases your needs...... you'll always find something wrong with any doctor or staff. Hehe.....:)

Staff is not responsible all is rude 
My appointment was 2:00 pm
After me 2:30 pm & 3:00 both patient left then talk to staff my was 2:00 pm so she said talk to DR but very hard to meet dR then I left from office 
Without meeet DR I canceled my appointment
