She is an amazing doctor! I would rate Dr. Leong as a 5 if her team understood the importance of being pleasant, returning phone calls and good customer service. I am happy to discuss this with them if they asked.

Dr. Leong was recommended to me by another Doctor that I have. I must say that she is one of the best doctors that I have ever encountered. She is patient, thorough and warm. I cannot recommend her high enough. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I have told many family members about her and many of them go to her now.

Today, I had my first appt. with Dr. Leong. When I made my appt. a month ago I told the lady I want to make a physical exam appt. Today when I got to the office and after my verifying my insurance I had a co-payment of $25. Both ladies in front said Dr. Leong don't do physical exam on 1st visit. This information should have been communicated to me when I called and made appt. After this visit, I would have to come back for my physical exam. I didn't pay the $25 and left. The next available appt. is not until November. After reading other reviews, I will have to agree about the front desk ladies. I didn't have the chance to meet Dr. Leong, but think highly of her but not the doctor staff. I will be looking for another doctor.

I tried to make an appointment but was hung up on 4 times. I'm not sure why but every time I tried to say that I wanted to make an appt they hung up.

I'm new to the area and was hoping to find a good doc and the reviews for this doc seemed good but the staff apparently didn't want to speak with me.
