I love everyone in there office and they have compassionate people and Kelly Dr. Marshall’s PA works with me and has been with me every step of the way answered every question and every concern I have. Every time I’ve ever called the office they have always been so helpful and kind to myself and my family.Thank you for all your hard work and your help!

I have been calling around to inquire about a doctor that can assist with ongoing pain that I have, but unfortunately I will have to pass on this office as the lady that answered my call. I believe the office manager, was extremely short with me and appeared to be too busy to answer my questions. I just cannot understand the need to be rude to a potential patient, maybe I called on her lunch break? She was reluctant to provide her title so this makes me think this is not a first for her. I have heard great reviews on Dr. Marshall but unfortunately the office and staff are a reflection and would be concern of the level of customer service that would be provided.

Ditto to the post below. Had a recomendation to call this office. The woman who took our call was extremely rude, unpleasent and not helpful at all. She kept reiterating that they do not give pain pills which we did not mention or even ask for in any way. Will be going elsewhere
