More concerned about revenue and his bottom line than actually treating a person for pain. The staff is attentive. Dade has to keep up his summer house.

I have gotten several treatments from Dr Dade at this practice, injections for lumbar facet issues, and most recently for inflammation in sacroiliac joint. Dr Dade seems far more interested in keeping the assembly line of injections going than my well-being. This last time, about 10 days ago, he said, oh, you have an easily treatable inflammation, you'll feel better by the time you leave. Hah. First, he doesn't seem to grasp the degree of pain caused by the injections themselves. Second, as soon as I went back to normal activity, a few days later, the same pain was back. So I attempted to contact him two days ago to get a scrip for physical therapy, and never got a call back. He NEVER discusses home treatments, such as ice or heat, or exercises, nada. If you promote your practice as non-surgical pain management but all you do is give injections, sorry, not good enough. I am not just an injection site and ATM, I am actually a whole person. And to not even call back regarding a PT referral: what the hell? Too busy churning out 40 patients an hour to be bothered? And now the practice insists on taking your photo to go into your file "so they know who you are". Great, so now you have my signature, photo, and SSN. Maybe if you saw fewer patients and took a bit more time with them, you would not need to put a picture in their file! (BTW: I was left lying on the table, my naked butt in the cold air, with the local anesthetic wearing off, for 10 minutes because Dade "forgot" about me and thought I was another patient.) In sum: Find somewhere that is not a patient mill.
