The mission of the Law Office of Dr. Jacque Phillips is to contribute to others by promoting justice in education locally, nationally and internationally.

Story

Parents, educators, administrators, and attorneys come to Dr. Jacque for accurate and reliable information about special education law, education law, and advocacy for children with disabilities.

Dr. Jacque has a unique understanding of special education law due to her background in the field. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a teacher in both special education and general education classrooms. She has worked in a variety of settings in Colorado including juvenile detention centers, transition programs and universities. She has also developed programs for students and teachers in Hawaii, Burma, Kenya and Saudi Arabia.
