The service at this location is terrible. The person I had to call about getting a replacement set of trial lenses didn't call back. I had to call her and was told it would be two days for another pair to arrive and they would call me. She acted as if it was troubling her to even do her job. I waited for over a week. When I called today to speak with a manager I got Debbie who also had an attitude and informed me that they had called and left a voice mail. I have never received any message from them. I called to speak with Sue who is the office manager and she acted like a snot as well. It was too much of an effort for any of them the just do their job. Although they got my money for the eye exam, I am taking my $400 contact order elsewhere.
