The appointment was for my elderly mother. The staff was friendly, patient, and compassionate with her. The doctor was attentive and listened to her needs and comments. We are from Ohio, but she waits until we come down here so she can go to this office to get her hearing aid supplies and check ups.

I decided to go to this ENT based on reviews, and boy are they misleading. The first couple visits with my daughter and the surgery for her tubes went great. However, after that it has been a nightmare. Her 2 week check up after surgery was cancelled, which I got the call the day of for the cancellation. Basically saying the doctor was leaving early (my apt was around 3) and that I could come in earlier or they could reschedule. I am a full-time worker so I rescheduled for the following week. We are now at three weeks post surgery and she has not been seen. I get a call that day saying the doctor has availability earlier if I can come in earlier, but I couldn't since I am working. I left work early for her scheduled appoitment go to get my daughter from daycare, and as I am leaving the daycare parking lot (45 minutes before her appointment) they are calling me again to cancel once again. I reschedule for two days later, and she finally gets seen 3.5 weeks post surgery. Fast forward a few weeks, we are at the walk in on Saturday with the doctor there telling me her right tube is coming out already and its severely infected. I call first thing Monday morning telling them its an emergency and am told there is no availability for any doctor in the plant city office for 2/3 days. I therefore drove from Lakeland to Brandon to see a different doctor (surprisingly my appointment wasn't cancelled or rescheduled). He states he wants to see her again in 7-10 days. So the following week I took her, 7 days later, and drove once again from Lakeland to Brandon, for the doctor to be behind over an hour on seeing patients. Also, the receptionist didn't mention this when I signed in, and the only reason I found out was because another patient inquired about the wait time. Therefore, I left and rescheduled with her previous doctor for two days later. I received a phone call that morning of her appoitment stating the doctor couldn't see her, and I would have to reschedule for the following week. I have never had as many issues with a doctor's office as I have with them. I will be finding my daughter a new ENT to see her for follow up appointments and any other issues that arise.

This office runs like a well oiled machine. Unlike other doctors offices they get you in and seen. Lisa did a excellent job reading into my needs for scheduling my next appointment and both Lisa and Carmen were very kind and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend!

Excellent physician and staff. Efficient with no wait time. Physician was attentive and thorough.

I recently had my first appointment been suffering for years with chronic problems but all avenues did not work. The staff was friendly the moment I walked in and Dr Castellano seemed to know right away what to do. Very appreciative of this office and I will refer every one I know who needs care.
