Shame on whoever gave a 1-star just because of office/administrative issues for which Dr. Wheeler has no control. My son has been seeing Dr. Wheeler since he was born and we really enjoy him. He has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. We will continue to keep him as our doctor for our son and any children in the future!

Love him! Totally recommend this doctor he has a way with my 1 year old son who is very impatient and wont stay still for anybody. He listens!!! that is the biggest thing for me. They are quick to call back after hours when you have a concern

We had one appointment with Dr. Wheeler for our baby, which went fine. Then went back for our two-month check up. I arrived early but wasn't seen until ONE HOUR past our appointment start time. So frustrating with a fussy baby. They said that was unusual. So we decided to give his office one more try with our other two children. We got a babysitter for our baby, and drove 35 minutes to the office. We were told we could not be seen and would have to reschedule our appointment for another date. (We set this appointment two months out) because we were too late. They said there is a 15 minute time window for being late, but we could wait over an hour and they could possibly work us in. (We DID arrive 15 minutes late - but had to stand in line behind another patient who was filling out forms). They said since these were new patient appointments we were supposed to arrive 20 minutes earlier than our appt start time. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT or else we would never have booked an early morning appointment. We are going to a new physician, but I wanted to warn others if they are considering a new pediatrician to choose one with better customer service. They lost three patients today because of their poor customer service. I cannot believe we were told to leave for being 15 minutes late, though they had us wait a full hour to be seen last appointment.

Best Doc ever!!! Very Friendly and caring, spends a lot of time, and the BEST THING IS YOU SEE HIM DIRECTLY MOST OF THE TIME. We have been seeing from Ethan's birth at the hospital to now that he is three.

Dr Wheeler is amazing he really connects with the kids and cares. Has a way to calm the children and all the staff in his office are top notch.
