I went to get my shots for the week only to be told that I would have to come back tomorrow because I was on the timer and they were closing in 20 minutes. Mind you, I'm on a 20 minute timer. They have been known to close 15 minutes early, and 15 minutes before the schedule lunch time. Explaining unforeseen traffic accidents falls on deaf ears because this clinic is uncaring about their patients. I'm looking for another allergist!

Office staff got me right in to see Dr. Janicki for my ear ache. He performed a small short procedure and the pain was gone in minutes. Excellent treatment and I would recommend Dr. Janicki with zero reservations.

Not an experience I would like to repeat!!  I was told my son required surgery for a deviated septum.  After researching the recommended surgery I had some concerns that I wanted to address with Doctor Janicki.  When I asked about some studies that have shown that there may be long term adverse effects when performing this surgery on preadolescent children I was not expecting the sarcastic respond he gave.  He obviously does not like anyone questioning his diagnosis and that is a very unprofessional characteristic when you are a physician.  Needless to say, my son had a second opinion from another physician who did not agree with the original diagnosis of a deviated septum, who also said he would never do that surgery on a child unless absolutely necessary, and he believed it was simply inflammation inside the nose which can be fixed with a very minor procedure.  Just remember to get a second opinion, especially when given one from this doctor!

I was 9 minutes late to my appointment, so the doctor cancelled it. Be careful if you make an appointment, make sure to give extra time for traffic or life since this doctor is quick to cancel.
