Dr. Chi is very professional, genuinely care about his patients, test and diagnosis are reviewed for accuracy, and illness and medication are frequently assessed. Dr. Chi's Dr. practitioner, nurses and all staff are knowledgeable, very supportive, and give quick response to patients needs and questions. I am very blessed to have Dr.Chi and his staff to help with my medical needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Chi as he is so busy he may have to put you I hold for a few. I've been going for almost ten years and have been doing great under his care. I love he and his staff and would recommend highly. If they weren't so good you wouldn't hav to wait. Dr. Chi, Mrs. Debra,mrs. Becky and the nurses treat you like a person and not a number. They care and are respectful of your care and doing the best at what they do.

Dr. Chi is one of the hardest working doctors I have seen with a great passion for his patients. Highly recommended!

I have been dealing with chronic pain on a daily basis for 9 years. I was sent to Dr. Chi by another physician. I made my appointment with Dr. Chi in December of 08 for March of 09. The morning of my appointment, my day off, I got up and went to my appointment. I sat in the waiting room for 30-45minutes only for them to tell me that they were going to reschedule me because the Dr. was running behind. The next available appointment would be in June. They wouldn't allow me to wait until I could be seen. So now it will be a total of a 6 month wait! In my opinion, this is unacceptable practice. I hope others have better luck.
