Terrible office. Very unprofessional. Dr. Ritter himself tried to charge me $350 out of my pocket for a porcelain crown so instead I went with the metal crown. Called my insurance company after metal crown was put in and they told me the porcelain crown was covered with 0$ out of pocket to me. When I confronted him he told me it was not his fault and he just assumed it was not covered and never checked my plan. Couldn't even face me like a man he ran out of his office like the little turd that he is and had his secretary talk to me. I can't imagine how many other patients he has scammed that have not found out about it. If you are reading this stay away from this office. Most unprofessional practice and staff around.

The staff was helpful and quick. Dr Ritter was kind and understanding. The chairs were very comfortable and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. He filled my cavities quickly and efficiently. I would recommend Dr Ritter to anyone looking for a good and experienced dentist. Thanks doc.

DR RITTER IS AMAZING!!! I WOULD NEVER TRUST ANOTHER DENTIST TO DO WORK ON MY TEETH. HIS STAFF IS VERY PROFESZIONAL AND HIS OFFICE IS GOURGOUS!!!! THANK YOU DR RITTER

I am so upset. My appointment is today at 1:30pm and I’ve been trying to get in reach with the doctor for the past 2 hours, so I thought maybe coming in a little early would help. I came in and no ones even here.... I find this sooo rude and unprofessional. They obviously don’t know how to do there job. If you’re not going to be open at least let the patient know the appointment has been canceled. This is the last time I’m coming here. I called out of work for this. Honestly very upset

Michael Ivory called me to come for an interview...told me next day to prepare to meet the staff. Thinking I got the job, I was called a few mins later stating not to show and hung up. I called back to try to discuss what changed so quick and was told I don't have dental expereince and didn't care I was a college grad as they said that means NOTHING to them and hung up on me again...very rude. If this is how they treated me as a grad student with a health Science degree, I'm sure they aren't so good with their customers either.
