Best doctors very honest I was in and out X-rays were done fast told me everything that was wrong within minutes definitely going back to them if any future foot and ankle injuries

One hour and a half wait time, despite having an appointment. I can live with that because it is what's to be expected when going to most physicians offices, just thought I would warn you. What I can't live with unfortunately is the way this man runs his practice. I escorted my mother into the exam room because she has trouble getting around due to a previous ankle injury this Dr. was "treating." The doctor sends in his receptionist to tell my mother that due to a balance that was sent to collections he could not see her. I explained to her that the remaining balance was still being looked into due to a pending court case because the injury was job related. The receptionist then stepped out of the room to relay the message. I then heard the Dr. say things such as: Tell her I am not going to see her, the pending court case story isn't true, the case has been thrown out, look at this balance she can't pay that. Along with some other demeaning mumbles to follow after maybe he realized we could hear through the door. He then again sent the receptionist in to deny service to my mother. I then repeated the choice words the Dr. said out loud and asked her why couldn't he come in here and say all that to her directly instead of having this girl go back and forth like the string connecting two cans. I found this Dr.s beside manner to be horrific. Maybe if he didn't want to continue treating my mother he could have had the decency of explaining things about the unpaid balance to her in a courteous way. Mind you, my mother has a great health insurance and was in no way looking for free services. If the Dr. was so great then maybe my mother would not be coming in for a followup due to her still having pain after his treatment plan. I have never seen a Dr. not address his or her own patient, especially if it's a matter like this where the Dr. is speaking out about my mothers personal court affairs as if he was in the courtroom and my mothers financial issues as if he has seen her bank account. I would not refer anyone to this place, I should have ran out of there after I heard someone screaming in the exam room from the waiting area. Big disappointment putting trust in this Dr. he should be ashamed of himself.

Waited around for an hr and half. All I wanted was a diagnosis to start treatment with my Primary Dr. The Dr. came in spent almost a minute of his time as I described my problem then he couldn't or wouldn't diagnosis me. He agreed with what I thought it was but wouldn't diagnosis it. I tried to ask him questions as he was already attempting to leave the room and said something already out the door. Writing this Bad review, (should be 0 stars) took longer than the time the Dr. spent with me. 1 and a half hour of waiting 1 minute with Dr. The end.

My appointment was set for 12:00 .... I haven't been seen yet walk to reception desk to ask what time I would be seen I was told 10 to 15 more minutes which make I a HR wait .... bad and horrible way to treat patients.....
