Every time I came here there was an hour and half wait or longer. I had been going to Dr Stephenson for four years, if he was to walk in the room without his assistant he wouldn't even know who I was. Going to him made my anxiety worse as well as my pain. My last encounter with doctor Stephenson I told him I did not want his main assistant working with me because she has a record of losing very important approvals as well as lapsing on new approvals that were also time sensitive. I am assuming Dr Stephenson did not like how I felt as he abruptly got loud with me as well as storming out of the room. Tome if I don't want her working with him I can go find another primary physician. And on my way out the door screams "I'm sure you have a lawyer go consult with them" as he brushed me along with his hand. I would never suggest going here not if you need real help..

This Doctor is absolutely amazing. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he actually makes you feel cared about. He is witty and humorous. I am seeing him for a Workers' Compensation injury off of a referral from a coworker. And may I say I'm glad I went to him. Kaiser is terrible for Workers' Compensation claims. I will definitely be returning to Stevenson for any problems in my future. The wait time here can be a bit long, and almost always is, but it's worth the wait.

When I go to a doctor, I want first and foremost to be listened to and not given the quick once over. Dr. Stevenson provides me with this attention and is never in a rush to see the next patient. When I had a serious staph infection, the doctor called me on his time (it was 8:00 in the evening) to see how I was doing because he actually cares. I will always be grateful to him because of this and I recommend him highly in an age where everything is about how fast you can get it done. He'll take the time to diagnose the problem and you'll leave feeling assured that you've been well looked after.
