My experience with Dr. Davies has been horrible. I’m a little over two years post injury from a motor vehicle accident that put me in a wheelchair.(quadriplegia). I’ve had sinus and headache problems for A little over-two months now. I have seen my MD an allergist before my appointment with Dr. Davies. And both physicians had already prescribed me two different sets of antibiotics that had no effect. Next I’m referred to an ENT group and I get Dr. Davies. In which this would be my third Physician I’ve seen for my sinus and headache issues. My first visit I explained to Dr. Davies how long I’ve had these symptoms and how uncomfortable I’ve been and how it’s effecting my sleep etc. She didn’t listen to me at all, she actually started to become rude, angry and argumentative. I asked if I could not take anymore anabiotic’s if POSSIBLE. My mother was in the room as a witness and Dr. Davies assistant was in the examination room also. Dr. Davies prescribed me more antibiotics and didn’t want to explore or talk about other possibilities. I left that first appointment frustrated and confused. We gave her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she had a bad day. My second appointment was worse than the first appointment. The antibiotics that Dr. Davies prescribed me had no effect on my symptoms at all, My symptoms are worse. I go into the appointment with Dr. Davies and again I try to explain how my symptoms have gotten worse. I tried to explain to Dr. Davies that I’m still in recovery from my motor vehicle accident and how this nasal infection and the headaches are becoming little much for me. Again I Ask Dr. Davies if we can look at other possibilities other than more anabiotic’s. She became disturbed and Proceeded to argue with me! She was visibly upset. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful to dr. Davies at all. Dr. Davies proceeds with the examination and she was a little aggressive with the tool she used to open my nasal passages, I felt the pressure. Dr. Davies leaves that examination room and her assistant comes in, so I asked the assistant, has anyone ever complained about Dr. Davies, the assistant asks why, I answer for being rude, and the assistant answers,, “she’s never had a complaint not since I’ve worked with Dr. Davies”. At the end of the examination Dr. Davies comes back in and was a totally different person. It felt like the assistant gave Dr. Davies a heads up on me possibly making a complaint on dr. Davies. I left that appointment angry and dumbfounded after that unreal experience with this Doctor. For the disabled community who may be looking for an ENT I don’t recommend Dr Davies

Pretty face but aweful at medicine. I needed ballon plastic surgery for my sinus's dr Davies insisted I needed a surgey to straighten my debated septum and that would fix my problem... wrong. I had a surgery to fix that a few years earlier. Well after davies septum surgery I still cant breath through my nose at all and at the follow up Davies tells me I need a plastic surgeon to straighten my nose. Never was so insulted by a dr in my life. After her I went to another ent, I got the Ballon plastics work done.now I can breath 100% better. Davies did not want to hear about about doing diffrent procedures she just want to get you in for her septum reconstruction$$$$ and never see you again. Aweful medicine. This dr. Needs a malpractice suit or 2 thrown her way!!! Was of my time and money.

Never saw the doctor but trying to cancel my appointment took 15-20 minutes on the phone. Put on hold and transferred, staff needs training in customer service. Should have taken 2 minutes max!
