Great home town family doc.

Dr. Vandruffe is my personal physician.He is a dedicated and warm physician with extensive knowledge and experience. I trust him implicitly and I think all of his feel the same way about him!

Worst staff I've ever dealt with. Nice doc, but his people are TERRIBLE. Contined to send late bills after I pay cash EVERY visit. There goes your credit ! Schedule me for Thurs afternoon at 1245, so I take off work. Guess what, doors locked! Sign said closed 12-2. Try to refill prescripitions. Guess what, they dont even respond to Bashas, forget about even responding.. And thats after 45 days! Pharmacy acknowledged they continue sending request for prescriptions. Office manager says no. I have the phone records showing his staff are complete bullshitters. They blame it on their system. End result.... Patients lose, staff just cover their ass. He may be a nice guy. But his people are completely lacking any professionalism. If you don't mind coming in when the door is locked, waiting on hold for 20 minutes, and not being able to refill prescriptions, this place is for you!
