So far this clinic has been a great blessing. The front desk isnt the warmest of staff but they are diligent. The checking in is easy and quick. They even have a computer monitor that shows your name and estimated wait time. The female doctor has gotten 4/4 of my issues solved which has never happened to me with a single doctor before. They cant solve chronic problems or pain but they can help with almost anything else even fairly intense injury. They are prepared for severe sudden issues incase a patient has mistakenly misdiagnosed an issue. And the biggest hats off facror is they are open 7 days a week. My primary doctor is located at Banner health clinic but that doctor has misdiagnosed me, undermined and extended infections unnecessarily and doesnt prescribe appropriate medications that heal instead of prolong. This clinic does not do that to me and has given more days of my life back because my issues get taken care of. Thank you to the staff and especially our lovely and dedicated female physician. Worst care I have ever received at the stat clinic in Payson , very unprofessional starting at the woman at the front desk to the dr. Recived no follow care on my diagnosis, no health stats, no dr note for work, went home and online to find out how to treat my condition.. Pa assistant saw me for 2 min prescribed medication but didn't tell me what it was to do for me....never in my life have I been treated so poorly. Next time I'll drive 1 1/2 to seek real medical attention.....

The doctor was wonderful, place clean, quicker than going to my regular MD who never has appointments. Very happy I went.Don't understand any complaints here. People treat you the way you treat them.

After reading the review by the mother on April 1st. I was with a family member and saw this mother with a child whom was ill and the child was more of a bother to the mother who not once picked her child up while she was on her cell phone. I hate the review that was left about a provider being abusive or going against the will of a mother. Lets set the record straight. A young mother who has been obviously frustrated with their children's behavior is one thing, but a complete disregard for your child is another. I believe after reading a few reviews on the website I was accompanying a friend that day. There was a mother not even maybe 25, with her son who was apparently not feeling to well, however as he laid across the chair crying for his mother not once was he consoled or comforted by the mother, his cries broke my heart but his behavior obviously stemmed from the lack of parenting, i can not judge but i just wanted to lift that baby up and hold him. The lobby was full that day and the staff accommodated the child and mother by taking them back before a room was ready as my friends vitals were taken and we were asked to wait back in the waiting room as for a room to clear and than we were next, however the mom and child were taken back first. What happened from there was only to be imaginable as the child was screaming and still crying for his mother, you would of thought he was being murdered from the lobby. Not once did the staff wince, smiles all around when we were brought back to a room the walls are paper thin. You could hear the child considerably upset while the nurse was in the room with my friend and I letting us know who our provider was and who would be. The child was out of control. So maybe if parents controlled their child more so in public or maybe if you could of loved and consoled your child your experience would of been pleasant. I feel bad for that child and the staff that was slammed and still had kindness and patience to exemplify while dealing with a tough situation. With that being said the staff was fabulous and extremely professional the doctor that saw me put me at ease and i would rather go here than the hospital anytime as they have misdiagnosed my family members many times. Thank you and keep up the good work!

On the StatClinix website under services offered it says DOT Physical so I checked in stating that the DOT Physical was needed. Not only was the front office girl (short w/blue eyes) very very rude but instead of confirming that they are authorized to do the DOT Physical, she said " Well do you want it or not?" $120 later, they informed him that they won't issue the medical card required by the Feds. He went to the local MVD office and they faxed a copy of the paperwork somewhere and wasn't able to issue him a medical card either so now he has to go to Goodyear and hope that this physical is accepted by the MVD and that they give him a medical card. If you are a truck driver, save yourself the trouble and the extra money (costs twice what it did in Phoenix metro) and go to Phoenix. A hug rip off! I am glad my daughter's doctor has urgent care appointments available so I won't need to use this place again. I would rather drive to the valley instead of using them.
