I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. VERY POOR SERVICE. I paid a fee for them to fill out my medical evaluation form. I learned that they forgot to fill out a section titled "Treatment under your supervision". You would think that he wouldn't forget to fill that part out. I went back today, so my neurologist can fill it out. I learned from one of the staff (I believe his name is Randy) that my neurologist is on vacation. As my mother and I were walking out, my mom trips and hits her head which causes her to bleed. The staff comes out. They see my mom on the floor, and just go back inside (as they were coming out, I notice Randy with a smirk on his face). I go inside, and ask Randy for ice. He just smiles at me and says "No man, we don't have any ice." He didn't even look around. A few minutes later his co-worker comes out and she asks me if my mom is ok. My mom asks for ice, and she goes and gets it. I let her know that I asked Randy for ice, and he told me there was no ice. She replied that he probably didn't see it, but Randy didn't even look around. He is supposed to be a health care professional, but he showed no concern in regards to the well-being of my mother.
