I have been a patient with Caduceus for almost 4 years.  It has been the best medical related experience I have had in my 57 years.  I admire the philosophy of Dr. Denicola.  Because they are a private group, they take care of you with sincere care.  I have had a few times where there was some miscommunication.  Those were taken care of promptly.

My medical history is complicated.  Caduceus cares.  I can honestly say that my life is better as a result of their care.

Their offices are really, really cool too.

Terrible customer service. Was written 2 prescriptions and when I turned them in to the pharmacy they could not fill either one because they were not written correctly. Called to speak to staff and had to wait on hold while at work for about 1/2 hour. I live in San Clemente and they said I could come and get new ones. I requested them to be mailed which they said they mailed last week and I still don't have them! Have called every day since Monday and they keep saying I will get them today. Complained to Tina Franklin
VP of Business Development and Patient Relations and she promised I would have them today. Still do not have them called and they said I would have them Monday, asked to be put through to Tina's voicemail and was hung up on. Called back and no answer. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
