Dr. Emerton was my doctor for many years. He can be very personable and does helpfully explain things when he is so inclined. He did , however abandon my care without even telling me to find another doctor. I was trying to adjust my blood pressure medicine due to weight loss. I followed his instructions and called him back (repeatedly) to find out what dose he wanted me on. He never called me back( or have his nurse do so). The last time that I spoke with his nurse, she indicated that he had no intention of ever calling me back. I was shocked and hurt. I found out recently that he did the same thing to another woman with back problems. He told her that he would order an MRI for her but never did. She had to contact another doctor for help when her back got worse. She could not count on him. I can not recommend him. Thank you

Great Care !!!  I cannot say enough good about them. The staff is 1st rate all the way.
